Today I have learnt to understand to use the correct structure and language for a recount writing.
Today our class (Room 4) all had to use the right structure and language for our recount writing. My story is about going to the Auckland museum.
What I have learnt new about structure and language is that a recount writing is shaped like a body. A head is an introduction, The stomach is the description and details, and the feet is the summary.
Also today in maths I was learning about - adding fractions with like denominators.
Our maths group (Porohita) Had gone for a maths lesson with Miss Simeon.
*S.C - find the equivalent fraction, denominator must be the like
What I learnt new about today in maths is that you could find equivalent fractions for one fraction.
