Logging, Logging, Logging!!!

Week 1 Day 3:
Today we have been assigned to tell us whether logging should be allowed in New Zealand. We had to be sure to have at least 2 reasons to back up our argument.

What I found challenging: What I found challenging was gathering facts to back up my reasons
What did I find easy: What I found easy was not that much things

Anyways I hope you enjoy/ed my presentation about logging, blog ya later...

  1. Mauri Heaven,

Well done on creating an very informative presentation. I like that you have added ways to help reduce deforestation. Deforestation is such an massive issue worldwide and if everyone did they bit then we could change the world! Did you know that rain forests are being destroyed in multiple countries to make way for palm trees. Companies then use the palm oil or palm kernel in lots of different products. A way to stop the companies destroying animal habitats and precious rain forests. If you wanted to read more about this topic, you can click on the link below:

It's great to see you have used an image in your presentation. Just a friendly reminder that every time that we use an image that we haven’t created on our blog, it's really important that we tell our readers where we found it, and give credit to the owner of the picture. This doesn’t include any pictures from the Summer Learning Journey website, or an image that you have created.

To properly credit a picture you will need to include a link to the site where you found the image. We have created a guide that you might find helpful. You can check it out here:

You will need to follow these instructions to earn full points for any Summer Learning Journey activity that has asked you to post an image.

    Blog ya later,

    Dani
